Brian Cross originally began working with his father in Taree, assisting with flooring installations during the school holidays. After leaving school, he became a qualified installer.
Brian worked in Taree for several years before making the decision to move to the Gold Coast where he opened Cross’s Carpets. He managed a team of sales staff and installers, supervising his team on domestic, commercial and high rises for 15 years.
Across Floors opened in Townsville 11 years ago and is owned and operated independently and continues to grow every year with the support of our loyal clients.
The business also services residents and businesses of all sizes in the surrounding areas, including Aitkenvale, Belgian Gardens, Currajong, Cranbrook, Heatley, Idalia, Mundingburra, Charters Towers, Mackay, Mt Isa and Weipa.
